Sauté the onions and the chopped bell pepper in the Matarazzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil at high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and add the cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Let cool and add the olives and the chopped hard-boiled eggs.
Fill the Matarazzo Turnover Dough with the filling and close, forming a seal.
Place on an oiled plate and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature (200°C) until golden brown.
